Hi all,
I have the dates for blue card/volunteer training for NCCIW for 2010. They are:
Renewal Workshop (must have had volunteer training and PREA training in the past):
Tuesday, February 9 @ 6-8 PM
Tuesday, May 18 @ 6-8 PM
Tuesday, September 14 @ 6-8 PM
New Workshop (can work for renewal as well if you can’t make the renewal workshops)
Saturday, February 20 @ 9 AM – 12 PM
Saturday, August 28, 9 AM – 12 PM
Many of you have emailed me that you have mailed and/or faxed your application to NCCIW – thank you so much. I have one more thing to ask…… If you plan on attending the training on Feb 9 or Feb 20, please email me and let me know so I can give a list to Ms. Burwell. I need to hear from you no later than next Saturday, January 30 as I will be traveling on business the following week without easy email access. If you have not mailed/faxed your form into NCCIW and plan to attend one of the February trainings, please send your form and email me ASAP – form is attached.
Leaders for Kairos 32 and 33: Please emphasize to your possible team members, especially new team members, how important this training is. They cannot serve on your team without the training.
Thank you so much. I know that my email sounds very abrupt but I cannot over emphasize how important this is to serve inside NCCIW. It may seem that their security is lax when we check in but if your name is not on the list, you will not be on the list to enter. Please email with questions/comments and PLEASE get your forms into NCCIW and emails to me.

Per NCCIW administration, the monthly reunions at NCCIW will be on the 3rd Saturday of each month, from 6 pm - 8:15 pm.
